Summary: Ryo and Tatsuya have been best friends since they were young but unknown to Tatsuya, Ryo is in love with him. One day, something happened which made Ryo wish that he and Tatsuya were never friends and that he has all grown up. What happens when he wakes up one morning, all grown up without Tatsuya by his side?

After helping Ryo finish the song, Tatsuya asked if he can go home. It was already 6 in the evening and he knows that his friends are waiting for him at home. Ryo agreed and told him he'll take him to his apartment.
When they reached Tatsuya's apartment, Ryo told Tatsuya that he'll take him upstairs. Tatsuya hesitated but Ryo was persistent. He wanted to take Tatsuya to his apartment. The elevator ride was kind of awkward because Tatsuya was feeling nervous. He's been with Ryo all day but this is the first time he felt that way. It’s because they were the only ones in the elevator ad they were standing so close to each other. Tatsuya secretly stared at Ryo's reflection from the mirrors of the elevator. Ryo's looks never changed. He still looks great. The only difference that Tatsuya noticed is that the "CUTE" Ryo was gone and was now replaced by a "HOT" and "SEXY" man. Tatsuya blushed when he realized what he was thinking and Ryo noticed it.
"Are you alright?" Ryo asked
"Huh?" Tatsuya replied
"Are you feeling okay? Your cheeks are red." Ryo said
"Oh....Uhhhhh... I'm fine... It's just the temperature." Tatsuya said as an excuse.
Before Ryo could figure out what was really happening to him, the elevator doors opened. Tatsuya quickly got out of the elevator and walked towards his apartment. Ryo followed him. He stopped in front of his door and turned to Ryo.
"So, I'm here." Tatsuya said.
"Oh...Yeah---"
*crash*
Tatsuya and Ryo heard a crashing sound coming from indie his apartment.
"Is someone inside?" Ryo asked
"That's Jin. Kame and Yamapi are probably inside too." Tatsuya said.
He got his keys and opened his door. Ryo peeked in and Tatsuya was right. All three of his friends were there. Kamenashi and Akanishi were cleaning up something from the floor while Yamashita was in the kitchen cooking.
"You should clean that up quickly. If Tatsuya sees those broken pieces of his mom's vase, you're dead." Yamapi shouted at Jin.
"Yes! I know,Pi. Stop pressuring me." Jin said as he and Kame cleaned the floor.
"Jin?" Tatsuya asked
"What?" Jin replied with an annoyed tone in his voice but he didn't look up to see who was talking.
"Jin?"
"I asked, What? EHHHHHHHHHHH?!!!!!" Jin finally looked up and saw Tatsuya glaring at him. Nishikido stood right behind him.
"Uwaaaa~" Jin immediately ran to Yamapi and hid in the kitchen.
Kame who was left in the living room blocked Tatsuya who was about to grab Jin.
"He'll pay for it!" Kame said as he pulled Tatsuya.
"Oh he'll pay for it alright. Come here Bakanishi! I'll strangle you to death! That's my mother's birthday present!" Tatsuya shouted as he tried to escape Kame's hold.
Jin who was clinging onto Yamapi shuddered
"Pi, tell him to calm down. He might kill me!" Jin said
"Get off me, Jin. I'm cooking. I can't help you with that. Sorry. You know no one can control him when he's mad like that. Just stay away from him as much as possible. Better yet, go back to your apartment." Yamapi said
Tatsuya heard what Yamapi said.
"He's not leaving unless he put all the broken pieces together!"Tatsuya said
"Oops, he heard me. Better get the glue out of the drawer and start working on the vase or else face your death. Yamapi told Jin.
"JIN!!!" Tatsuya called
"Yes Tat-chan! I'm putting it back together! I promise!!!" Jin said as he looked for the glue
Ryo who was there to witness the crazy moment laughed. Kame and Tatsuya looked at him while Yamapi and Jin stopped what they were doing when they realized that someone else was there.
"What's so funny?" Kame asked
"Oh...ah...nothing." Ryo said as he tried to contain his laughter.
"Why is Nishikido here?" Jin asked from the kitchen
"Uh...Yeah... I just made sure Tatsuya get in safely." Ryo said
"Oh..." both Jin and Kame said. Yamapi just continued cooking
"Well, I see he's safe with you guys so, I'll go." Ryo said
"Why don't you have dinner with us?"
Everyone, including Ryo, looked for the one who said that. Kame looked at Jin and the other shook his head to say that it wasn't him. Yamapi turned off the stove and turned to them.
"Eat dinner with us. Food's ready." Yamapi said.
"Eh?" Jin said.
"What? You don't like my cooking?" Yamapi asked when Ryo didn't react.
"Uh...Okay…But, Where will I sit? There are only 4 chairs on the table." Ryo said
"Oh don't worry, Jin won't eat until he fix the vase" Tatsuya said
"WHHHAAAAAT?" Jin said. He was looking forward to dinner since Kame didn't let him eat anything for lunch.
Tatsuya lead Ryo to the dining table and told him to sit down. Kame got a chair from the living room and pulled it to the dining area. He told Jin to sit there beside him. Yamapi sat on Ryo's left side while Tatsuya who got another plate and utensils sat on his right.
They ate what Yamapi prepared and continued talking about their life. It was mostly about Jin and Kame. They all laughed at Jin's jokes and they seem interested in whatever it is that Kame had to say. Yamapi didn't say much. He just observed Ryo and Tatsuya's action. Unconsciously, the two of them were acting like a couple. Tatsuya was putting food into Ryo's plate and Ryo was constantly smiling at Tatsuya every time their eyes meet.
"Seriously, Nishikido, why are you so interested with me and Jin?" Kame asked
"Nothing. I'm just curious."
"You don't have anything against us right?" Jin asked.
"Oh. No no... I don't." Ryo said.
Tatsuya was gathering the dishes when Jin spoke.
"Oh! I get it! You're one of us huh?" Jin told Ryo.
Ryo who was drinking splashed water all over the place. Tatsuya was also surprised that the dishes he was holding slipped from his hands.
"Eh? Tat-chan are you okay?" Jin and Kame rushed to Tatsuya's side and helped him pick up the broken pieces of plates. Ryo got his handkerchief and wiped his face.
"Oh, yeah. The plates just slipped." Tatsuya said.
After wiping himself, Ryo approached the other three and helped in cleaning. Yamapi started washing the dishes. When all the broken pieces were thrown and all the dishes were washed, Ryo said his goodbyes. He thanked Yamapi for the food and Kame and Jin for the wonderful stories.
"Uhmmm... Tatsuya, thank you for coming with me today." Ryo said
Tatsuya nodded
Ryo gave him a smile and Tatsuya can't help but blush when he saw.
"I'll go ahead. Bye!"
"Bye!" Jin and Kame said
Ryo stared at Tatsuya waiting for him to say goodbye.
"Tat-chan, aren't you going to say bye?" Kame asked
"Eh? Oh...yeah... Bye..." Tatsuya said
Ryo smiled again at him and then left. As soon as Ryo was out of sight, Tatsuya flopped down the couch and helped himself breathe normally.
"Tat-chan, are you okay?" Kame asked
"Yes. I'm fine. I just need to catch my breath" Tatsuya said
"Ehhhh... Tat-chan's heart goes doki doki when Nishikido is present." Jin teased.
"Shut up." Tatsuya said
"Oh, did Jin say something wrong? You were all overr the place." Yamapi joined in.
"What? You too? Since when have you been on his side?" Tatsuya asked
"Hey, I'm not taking anyone's side. I'm just asking."Yamapi said.
Pi stood up and left the conversation. He doesn't want to be dragged into it.
"I wonder what you guys did earlier. Did you really have lunch or was it something else?" Jin asked playfully while grinning at Tatsuya
Tatsuya smiled at him which Jin took as a positive reaction. Tatsuya stood up approached Jin and came face to face with him smiling. Jin smiled back. They were so close that Jin thought Tatsuya was going to kiss him then...
*slap*
Tatsuya slapped Jin. The other wasn't able to process what just happened and just saw Tatsuya walking away towards his room and Kame and Yamapi laughing at him. A few moments later, he felt the pain.
"OUCH!" Jin said as he immediately placed his palm on his cheek.
"That's what you get for teasing him like that" Yamapi said
"Serves you right" Kame said.
Jin went to the mirror and looked at his reflection. Tatsuya's hand was etched on his cheeks.
"Uwaaaa~ My face! It's scarred!!! My gorgeous face!!!!" Jin said.
Tatsuya who was in his room can hear Jin's whining from outside.
"Shut up Jin! Go and fix the vase you broke or else you'll get my other hand on your other cheek!" Tatsuya yelled from his room.
Jin sobbed as he took the glue from the table and worked on the case asking Kame every minute if Tatsuya's hand already disappeared from his face.
Ryo entered his apartment and found it empty. Usually, when he goes home, Aya was there to nag him about his day. He looked around the apartment and checked their room. No sign of her. Ryo thought that maybe Aya was out with her friends for the night. He went back to the living room and checked his phone for voicemails.
"Hello? Ryo? Where are you? I was trying to call you on your cell phone but you probably had it on silent mode. The reason why I'm calling is because I wanted to tell you that your 3 days off has been approved. You can finally go to the beach with Aya just as you've planned! I know you just said to make reservations at a beach resort in Hokkaido but think of this as my engagement gift for you okay? I've made reservations at a private resort in Okinawa.
Koki's cousin owns the place so they made sure that only the two of you are there; well, except for the staff of course. Thank me tomorrow okay? Bye."
Ryo finished Nakamaru's message. The other never changes. He's still too talkative like before.
He thought about what Nakamaru just said. A reservation at a private beach. With Aya. Something's wrong with it. He loves the beach but he doesn't know if the thought of being with Aya for 3 days is a good idea.
