summary: jin thinks there something going on between ryo and ueda and he's about to prove it.
A/N: chapter8!!!it's the last one!!! btw, it really really really long ne?? i thought about adding another chapter but i think it'll ruin the momentum of the story cause if i did that, i'll update it next weekend and sorry if the ending failed.anyways, ENJOY and please comment. :D
kanjani were fanning yoko in the living room while NEWS and KAT-TUN tried calling ueda and ryo.
at the studio, the production stad had numerous calls regarding ryo's live confession. the staff doesn't know which phone to answer first then, the director's phone rang
"put nishikido on the phone." the caller said.
the director immediately got off his seat and approached ryo and handed him the phone
"who's this?" ryo asked before accepting the phone
"just take it nishikido-san" the director said. ryo got the phone
"hai, moshi moshi?" he said
"nishikido-kun!" the caller said
"johnny-san?"
"...."
"gomenasai johnny-san. i was planning to tell you but i thought you were on a business trip."
"i am on a business trip you baka but i still monitor all you guestings" johnny said
"ah. hai. sumimasen..."
"...."
"it's totally okay if you suspend me or anything. it is my fault. just don't drag hi-- i mean, ueda on this"
"i'm not suspending anyone nishikido"
"eh?"
"i called to congratulate you!"
"EHHH??!!"
"the ratings of your guestings are high! the network just called me and told me all about it. they're going to pay me double for this."
"ah...hai..." was all ryo could say
johnny kept saying how much money he'll get because of ryo's confession
"....maybe i should let jin and kame confess. that'll bring me millions!!!! right.. mary! check jin and kame's schedule..
we'll make them confess on their next guesting!" ryo can hear johnny instruct his sister
"ah..johnny-san?"
"ah..hai? nishikido? i'll call you again ne? i'm busy planning another confession. ja!"
the line went off.
ryo was grinning like an idiot afterwards.ueda saw him and approached him
"what's that supposed to mean?" ueda was talking about the grin on ryo's face
"johnny called"
"eh? what did he say? are we fired?"
"no, hime. he called to congratulate us."
"hontou ni?"
"hai. but that's not just the reason why i'm grinning like this"
"huh?"
"apparently, my live confession got him a huge amount of money ang guess who he's planning to make a confession next."
"....." ueda just waited for an answer
"come on hime, you know this" ryo grinned more.
ueda now understood and grinned with his sexy osaka man.
"i hope kame can take it." ueda said.

"ugh! i can't reach ryo!" yamapi said
"ueda too. he doesn't answer my calls!" aru said.
"i guess there's one thing we have to do.." kame said.
everyone looked at him.
"HAI!"

ryo and ueda were on their way out of the studio. they're hands intertwined and smiles were on their face. once they stepped out of the studio, everything went black
"RYO!" ueda called
"HIME! were are you?" he can hear ryo call.
ueda's eyes were covered and the same goes for ryo. the next thing they knew, they were inside a car and it was moving.
"WTF is happening? who are you?" ryo asked. he was angry.
no one answered but the cover in their eyes were taken off.
ryo looked around. beside him was ueda who was also looking at him.
"are you alright?" ryo asked
"hai. you?"
"i'm okay hime...who the hell did this?" ryo scanned the vehicle
jin was grinning happily in front, while kame drives
"WTF jin! what were you doing?" ryo smacked jin on the head
"hey! ryo-chan! that's not a good way to greet your bestfriend!"
"i don't have a bestfriend who's a baka!"
"aww.. come on ryo-chan, we just wanted to talk to you" the voice was coming from behind
"koyama?"
"ah.. hai! domo!" kkoyama greeted and smiled
"ryo-tan! so that's why you don't spend some time with me anymore. you have tat-chan now." tegoshi said
"tegoshi?"
"and you don't call me tego-nyan anymore"
"ah.. gomen. tego-NYAN."
tegoshi's face lit up.
"wait, where are we going?| ueda asked
"to tacchon's. everybody's dying to see the two of you." kame said

"he's still unconscious.." hina said
"aww.. WTH happened to him?" yassu asked
"obviously, he fainted." subaru said
"his brain can't process the fact that ryo's with ueda." maruyama said
"tss.. baka tensai."
kanjani sighed
"ne, shige, what do we do?" yassu asked
"why are you asking me?"
"cause you're the smartest one here.. duh?"
"i'm a law student not a doctor!"
massu who was busy with tacchon's refrigerator emerged.
"i have an idea!!" he said then went back to the refrigerator.
"WTH YOKO! WAKE UP!" hina yelled at yoko's ears but he was still unconscious
"get away from him!" massu said
"what--"
*splash
"MASUDA!" everyone including yamapi and shige glared at massu. yoko stood up to save himself from drowning.
"ahehe.. GOMENASAI!!"
everyone were wet from the water that massu used to wake up yoko.
"i'll drown you in the tub when i catch you!" yamapi said as he ran after massu. he was dripping wet
"yamapi! don't run around the house! you're getting the floor wet!" tacchon said but yamapi ignored him and continued to run
after massu
"let him be. they'll get tired in a few minutes." subaru said while squezing out the water from his hair.
"oi! yamapi! wipe the water on the floor okay? we don't want any accidents!" tachon called
the door opened and in comes Koki.
"minna--"
*thud
"ITAI!" koki was on the floor
"KOKI!" the rest of KAT-TUN rushed to his side and helped him get up.
"i think i broke my back" koki said
"why's the floor wet?" maru asked
"it's because of massu. he splashed water to wake yoko." yassu said
"uhuh.. and can you tell me why you're wet?"
"we didn't get the chance to move" tacchon said
*thud
all of them ran to where the sound came from. they saw yamapi strangling massu
"why the hell did you do that? you could've waited for us to move!" yamapi said. he and yamapi were on the floor
"pi, let him go. he's turning blue." koyama said
yamapi did then sighed
"MASSU!!!" tegoshi went to massu's side
"daijobou?" he asked
"i'm hungry." massu said
"i'll get some food for you."
tegoshi helped massu get up and they went to the kitchen to get some food.
"okaaaay..you guys change into something dry we'll wait for you in the dining room.it's not wet there and it's the only place
in this house that's intact." kame said. the others followed.
since tacchon's dining table can only sit 8 people, the others had to grab cairs from the living room or stand up. ryo and
ueda sat together at one sied while he others surrounded them.
" so you're really together?" koki asked the two
ryo and ueda nodded
"i told you so!" jin said
everyone sighed. they hate it when jin's right.
"you knew?" ryo asked
"i did but they don't want to believe me." jin said
"yeah.. like we'll belive a baka like you." yamapi said
"but pi, you asked NEWS to spy on ryo right?"
"yeah but that's because we find him weird lately. we didn't think he and ueda were together."
"hahaha! so that makes me a tensai huh? knowing ryo and ueda are together" jin said
"uh-uh.. you're far from being a tensai jin." maru said
jin pouted on one corner.
"okay..enough. we all know jin was right. although we hate to say it." kame said
everyone agreed
"how long have you two been together?" kame asked the two
"a little over a month?" ryo looked at ueda and seeked agrrement
"hai.. a little over a month" ueda nodded.
"that long? how come you didn't tell us?" yamapi said
"because we don't know how too." ryo said
"agh! for god's sakes! you could've just burst into the room and announced: WE'RE TOGETHER!" yamapi said
"yeah... right... like that'll happen" ueda said.
"so how did it happen? i mean.. how did you two... how come you're together?" yassu asked
"it's because of him" ueda pointed at ryo
"eh? no.. it was you hime.."
"you don't remember do you?"
==flashback==
ueda was packing his things for tomorrow's guesting when ryo came in their dressing room
"what are you doing here?" ueda asked ryo.
"ah..ano.. where's jin?"
"do i look like a nanny? he's probably playing with kame or something" ueda said
"ah. ok..."
*that's weird. he didn't even answer back* ueda thought
ryo was about to leave but he said something before going out.
"gambatte ne?" he told ueda then ran out.
"eh? he must be drunk" ueda thought.
the next few days, ueda kept receiving blank messages from an unknown number. whenever he asks who it is, it doesn't reply.
one morning, he got a message again but this time, it wasn't blank
# ohayou gozaimasu! gambatte on your work.#
ueda replied and asked who it is.he tried to wait for the other's reply but it didn't come. he proceeded to the jimousho and
had rehearsals with KAT-TUN. during their break, he checked his phone.
#nishikido# was what he read
"jin? can i borrow your phone?" ueda called
jin who was busy talking to kame just gave a 'yeah'. ueda took jin's phone from the latter's bag. he dialled the number on
his cellphone's message
^ calling ryo-chan
ueda's eyes blinked when he saw that it was indeed ryo's number.
the choreographer called them and they continued with their practice. once practice was done, KAT-TUN packed their things.
maru, junno and koki went ahead of them. jin and kame left afterwards with jin grinning like an idiot. ueda was left. he finished packing then left.
he was walking on hallway when he heard someone strumming a guitar. he followed the sound and it led him to NEWS's dressing room.
he saw ryo alone in the room playing the guitar.
*ehem
ueda faked a cough to catch ryo's attention.
"what are you doing here?" ryo asked
" i should ask you the same thing. i believe NEW's practice ended hours ago." ueda said
"you don't know that" ryo said
" when you have the talkative jin as your band mate and yamapi coming in our dressing room every now and then, you'll know."
ueda said
"tss. whatever." ryo said then strummed his guitar again
ueda just stood by the door while ryo played the guitar.
"why were you sending me blank messages?" ueda suddenly asked. ryo stopped strumming.
"huh?"
"you were sending me blank messages and earlier, you sent me a message that says 'gambatte'" ueda said ryo blushed and turned
away from ueda
"n--no.. i-i---i did not..." ryo stuttered
ueda sighed
"okay then. whatever you say nishikido. i'll be going."
"don't leave." ryo said. one hand holding ueda's and the other holding his guitar.
ueda turned but didn't bother to take ryo's hand away.
"why? you said you didn't send those messages? maybe it's just yamapi playing a trick on me again." ueda said
ryo let go of ueda's hand and sat back down on the couch.
"i sent them." he said. his eyes at his guitar
"what?"
"i sent them" he repeated
"what?"
"are you deaf or what? i just said i sent them" ryo said
"but you said you didn't."
"i just said i did! sheesh..."
ueda stood there in silence. ryo strummed his guitar again but just slowly.
"why?" ueda asked
ryo pretended not to hear and continued to strum his guitar. he doesn't know how to tell ueda how he felt. no matter how much
he wants to tell his hime that he loves him, he doesn't know how to and he's afraid of rejection.
ueda laughed.ryo just looked at him but still continued to strum his guitar
"hahahahaha! you know nishikido, you can tell me if you like me..." ueda said like it was a joke and continued to laugh
ryo stopped strumming and stood up.
"what?" ueda asked
"suki desu..." ryo said
*blink blink
"aren't you gonna say anything?" ryo asked ueda. his grip on his guitar was tight.
*blink blink
"agh!" ryo sat back down at the couch.
"i just said i like him and all he did was blink at me.." ryo murmured.
"ryo..." ueda called but ryo doesn't seem to hear him. the other was busy murmuring to himself
"ryo.." the other still doesn't hear him.
"RYO!" that caught ryo's attention.
"what? is this supposed to be the part were in you laugh at me?" ryo asked
"no..." ueda approached him
"this is the part where i tell you what i feel" ueda said.
he gave ryo a soft kiss on the lips.
"aishiteru..i love you. i love you before, i love you now and i'll love you forever." ueda said
"hontou ni?"
"hontou..."

"so it was ryo who confessed first but tat-chan was the aggresive one" jin said
"shut up jin!" ueda said
"it feels like someone's tickling my spine.." yoko said
"yeah. i know what you mean." hina said
"all the mushiness. eew!" subaru said
"i have allergies to this stuff" maruyama said
"shut up!" ryo glared at them.
"and after that, you two have been together?" koyama asked
"you can say that..." ueda said
"so that's why ryo-chan's not taking phonecalls when he's with us." shige said
"hai! he always goes out of the room to answer it." massu said
"it was tat-chan huh?" tegoshi asked
ryo nodded.
"and this is the reason tat-chan's happy these past few weeks" junno said
"yeah. inviting us to go out and drink and everything" maru said
"and greeting us cheerfully in the morning" koki added.
"and ryo-chan always comes home early after rehearsals"koyama said
"i think he needed to go to tat-chan." shige said
the two nodded.
"wait, i remembered something, didn't you guys ask ryo to drink here at tacchon's some time ago?" kame asked kanjani.
"yeah.. we called him and he said he'll come" yassu said
"but he never showed up" tacchon added.
"gomenasai ne, tat-chan came after you guys called." ryo said
"ah!!! koyama and shige's eyes widened.
"what is it?" yamapi asked the two.
"i think that was the day we saw them on the hallway!" shige said and koyama nodded in agreement.
==flashback==
yamapi just asked him out on a drink but ryo declined because yoko already asked him to go to tacchon's he was leaving the
jimousho when he saw ueda walking on the hallway.
they already told had an agreement that they won't interact with each other that much whenever they're at the jimousho. ryo
was abut to ignore ueda but he didn't. yamapi was still in the rehearsal room with tegoshi and massu while koyashige were out
to get some drinks.
he blocked ueda's way
"ryo, move.." ueda whisphered
"why?"
"i need to get something from our dressing room" ueda said and tried to push ryo away but the latter was quicker. next thing
he knew, ryo pinned him to the wall and he was trapped.
"is it that important hime?" ryo asked
"ryo, not here. we talked about this right?" ueda said
"but no one's here. is it really important?" ryo asked
"uhmm.. not really. it's just some song sheets." ueda said
"can we go home?"
ueda smiled and nodded
after that, they both walked out the jimousho and went home.
koyama and shige then told yamapi all about it.

"so that's what happened!" yamapi said
"we were worried you baka!" maruyama said
"eh?"
"we were calling you that night. we thought something happened to you" he said
"ah.. i left my phone in the living room. hime and i were--"
"OKAAY!! we don't need to hear that!" koyama said while covering tegoshi's ears. shige did the same to massu's.

"and what about the part were you guys went to osaka?" kame asked
"uh.. kame, we all know that kanjani planned that. right?" maru said

"when i told ryo that ueda was coming, the tone of his voice changed." subaru said

"oh! and yeah! ryo looked really pissed when he arrived" yassu said
"yeah.. i was planning to hide when i saw the looks on his face." tacchon said
"now that you've mentioned it, he didn't even drink a single bottle of beer that day. only ueda did." hina said.
"yeah.. and after sometime, he dragged ueda out of the room" yoko said
"and that's when we heard ryo say that he and ueda are going home" koki said
"yeah yeah! and we saw them get into tat-chan's car" junno added.
"you two use ueda's car huh?" kame asked
ryo and ueda nodded.
"so, i can assume that you two came here last night together?"
they nodded again
"but you two entered the house separately.
they nodded again.
"and the reason tat-chan left last night is because ryo left?"
ueda nodded

"and it took you long enough to catch up on me." he told ueda

"you just told everyone that you two have a relationship!" kame said

the next few days, ueda kept receiving blank messages from an unknown number. whenever he asks who it is, it doesn't reply.
one morning, he got a message again but this time, it wasn't blank
# ohayou gozaimasu! gambatte on your work.#
ueda replied and asked who it is.he tried to wait for the other's reply but it didn't come. he proceeded to the jimousho and
had rehearsals with KAT-TUN. during their break, he checked his phone.
#nishikido# was what he read
"jin? can i borrow your phone?" ueda called
jin who was busy talking to kame just gave a 'yeah'. ueda took jin's phone from the latter's bag. he dialled the number on
his cellphone's message
^ calling ryo-chan
ueda's eyes blinked when he saw that it was indeed ryo's number.
the choreographer called them and they continued with their practice. once practice was done, KAT-TUN packed their things.
maru, junno and koki went ahead of them. jin and kame left afterwards with jin grinning like an idiot. ueda was left. he finished packing then left.
he was walking on hallway when he heard someone strumming a guitar. he followed the sound and it led him to NEWS's dressing room.
he saw ryo alone in the room playing the guitar.
*ehem
ueda faked a cough to catch ryo's attention.
"what are you doing here?" ryo asked
" i should ask you the same thing. i believe NEW's practice ended hours ago." ueda said
"you don't know that" ryo said
" when you have the talkative jin as your band mate and yamapi coming in our dressing room every now and then, you'll know."
ueda said
"tss. whatever." ryo said then strummed his guitar again
ueda just stood by the door while ryo played the guitar.
"why were you sending me blank messages?" ueda suddenly asked. ryo stopped strumming.
"huh?"
"you were sending me blank messages and earlier, you sent me a message that says 'gambatte'" ueda said ryo blushed and turned
away from ueda
"n--no.. i-i---i did not..." ryo stuttered
ueda sighed
"okay then. whatever you say nishikido. i'll be going."
"don't leave." ryo said. one hand holding ueda's and the other holding his guitar.
ueda turned but didn't bother to take ryo's hand away.
"why? you said you didn't send those messages? maybe it's just yamapi playing a trick on me again." ueda said
ryo let go of ueda's hand and sat back down on the couch.
"i sent them." he said. his eyes at his guitar
"what?"
"i sent them" he repeated
"what?"
"are you deaf or what? i just said i sent them" ryo said
"but you said you didn't."
"i just said i did! sheesh..."
ueda stood there in silence. ryo strummed his guitar again but just slowly.
"why?" ueda asked
ryo pretended not to hear and continued to strum his guitar. he doesn't know how to tell ueda how he felt. no matter how much
he wants to tell his hime that he loves him, he doesn't know how to and he's afraid of rejection.
ueda laughed.ryo just looked at him but still continued to strum his guitar
"hahahahaha! you know nishikido, you can tell me if you like me..." ueda said like it was a joke and continued to laugh
ryo stopped strumming and stood up.
"what?" ueda asked
"suki desu..." ryo said
*blink blink
"aren't you gonna say anything?" ryo asked ueda. his grip on his guitar was tight.
*blink blink
"agh!" ryo sat back down at the couch.
"i just said i like him and all he did was blink at me.." ryo murmured.
"ryo..." ueda called but ryo doesn't seem to hear him. the other was busy murmuring to himself
"ryo.." the other still doesn't hear him.
"RYO!" that caught ryo's attention.
"what? is this supposed to be the part were in you laugh at me?" ryo asked
"no..." ueda approached him
"this is the part where i tell you what i feel" ueda said.
he gave ryo a soft kiss on the lips.
"aishiteru..i love you. i love you before, i love you now and i'll love you forever." ueda said
"hontou ni?"
"hontou..."
==end of flashback==
"so it was ryo who confessed first but tat-chan was the aggresive one" jin said
"shut up jin!" ueda said
"it feels like someone's tickling my spine.." yoko said
"yeah. i know what you mean." hina said
"all the mushiness. eew!" subaru said
"i have allergies to this stuff" maruyama said
"shut up!" ryo glared at them.
"and after that, you two have been together?" koyama asked
"you can say that..." ueda said
"so that's why ryo-chan's not taking phonecalls when he's with us." shige said
"hai! he always goes out of the room to answer it." massu said
"it was tat-chan huh?" tegoshi asked
ryo nodded.
"and this is the reason tat-chan's happy these past few weeks" junno said
"yeah. inviting us to go out and drink and everything" maru said
"and greeting us cheerfully in the morning" koki added.
"and ryo-chan always comes home early after rehearsals"koyama said
"i think he needed to go to tat-chan." shige said
the two nodded.
"wait, i remembered something, didn't you guys ask ryo to drink here at tacchon's some time ago?" kame asked kanjani.
"yeah.. we called him and he said he'll come" yassu said
"but he never showed up" tacchon added.
"gomenasai ne, tat-chan came after you guys called." ryo said
"ah!!! koyama and shige's eyes widened.
"what is it?" yamapi asked the two.
"i think that was the day we saw them on the hallway!" shige said and koyama nodded in agreement.
==flashback==
yamapi just asked him out on a drink but ryo declined because yoko already asked him to go to tacchon's he was leaving the
jimousho when he saw ueda walking on the hallway.
they already told had an agreement that they won't interact with each other that much whenever they're at the jimousho. ryo
was abut to ignore ueda but he didn't. yamapi was still in the rehearsal room with tegoshi and massu while koyashige were out
to get some drinks.
he blocked ueda's way
"ryo, move.." ueda whisphered
"why?"
"i need to get something from our dressing room" ueda said and tried to push ryo away but the latter was quicker. next thing
he knew, ryo pinned him to the wall and he was trapped.
"is it that important hime?" ryo asked
"ryo, not here. we talked about this right?" ueda said
"but no one's here. is it really important?" ryo asked
"uhmm.. not really. it's just some song sheets." ueda said
"can we go home?"
ueda smiled and nodded
after that, they both walked out the jimousho and went home.
koyama and shige then told yamapi all about it.
==end of flashback==
"so that's what happened!" yamapi said
"we were worried you baka!" maruyama said
"eh?"
"we were calling you that night. we thought something happened to you" he said
"ah.. i left my phone in the living room. hime and i were--"
"OKAAY!! we don't need to hear that!" koyama said while covering tegoshi's ears. shige did the same to massu's.
"uh..something red?" tegoshi said
"what? what are you saying tegoshi?" koyama asked
"aren't we playing a new version of charades?"
koyama just sighed.
"and what about the part were you guys went to osaka?" kame asked
"uh.. kame, we all know that kanjani planned that. right?" maru said
" ah.. hai.."
"wait.. there was something odd that day." subaru said
"what is it?" kame asked
"when i told ryo that ueda was coming, the tone of his voice changed." subaru said
ueda looked at ryo.
"i was being protective. who kows what they'll do to you." ryo told ueda.
"oh! and yeah! ryo looked really pissed when he arrived" yassu said
"yeah.. i was planning to hide when i saw the looks on his face." tacchon said
"now that you've mentioned it, he didn't even drink a single bottle of beer that day. only ueda did." hina said.
"yeah.. and after sometime, he dragged ueda out of the room" yoko said
"and that's when we heard ryo say that he and ueda are going home" koki said
"yeah yeah! and we saw them get into tat-chan's car" junno added.
"you two use ueda's car huh?" kame asked
ryo and ueda nodded.
"so, i can assume that you two came here last night together?"
they nodded again
"but you two entered the house separately.
they nodded again.
"and the reason tat-chan left last night is because ryo left?"
ueda nodded
"how is he supposed to get home if i don't drive?" ueda said.
"he can take the train" maru said. ryo glared at him
"and it took you long enough to catch up on me." he told ueda
"he made me walk two blocks" ryo told the others.
"but you said--"
"yeah. i know." ryo interrupted.
"and what about your interview?"kame asked
"what about it?"ryo asked
"you just told everyone that you two have a relationship!" kame said
"so?" ueda said
"so? are you out of your mind? johnny will erupt!" kame said
ryo and ued laughed
"what's so funny?" jin yamapi asked
"johnny already called me" ryo said
"EEEEHHHH??!!" was everybody's reaction.
ryo and ueda laughed again
"what did he say?" maru asked
"he just congratulated us.." ryo said
"maji de?"
"hai!"
"uwaa~! sugoii na? omedetou ryo-tan!" tegoshi said
"hai.. thanks tego-nyan.."
ryo and ueda laughed again when they remembered what johnny said
"what now?" yoko asked
"well, apparently, my live confession gave johnny lots of money because the ratings were high." ryo said
"so"
"so, he's planning another public confession. he said it'll bring him millions."ryo said
"yeah.. or maybe more" ueda said
'what do you mean?" koyama asked
ryo and ueda looked at jin and kame
"WHAT?!" akame both said
"KYAA~! AKAME RABU!!" yoko shrieked being the akame fanboy that he is.
"oh no..." kame hid his face on his palm while jin was all smiles.
